Bio / Artists statement

A well-known artist throughout Florida, artist Isaac Allen Sandy’s epic, award-winning landscape, nature and contemporary artwork will capture your heart and imagination at first glance. His signature style is in evoking the viewer’s sense of imagination and the feeling as though one might step right into scenes he creates. He attempts the dramatic use of color, balance, mood and light to intensify the viewer’s sense of vision, discovery and acceptance. The pursuit of beauty found in nature is intrinsic to his creative process. The artwork is often an outpouring of Isaac’s experiences traveling the quite back roads of the United States or the majestic cathedrals of our National Parks. Recent exhibits include 2019 "Impressions: The New Aesthetic," Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and ArtServe, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the 2018 52nd Founders Juried Award Arts Exhibition with the Naples Art Association at the von Liebig Art Center, Naples, Florida and the ArtBRAVO Juried Fine Art Exhibit at ArtServe, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Fine art festivals include Walt Disney World’s Festival of the Masters, Polk Museum of Art’s Mayfaire By The Lake, Delray Affair, Downtown Orlando Art and Living Expo, Las Olas Fall/Winter Art Festivals, BocaFest, Downtown Delray Art Festival, Coral Springs, and Weston.

I often find myself on a journey, looking to embrace the beauty found in our national parks and quiet back roads of the United States. My artistic goal is in realizing photography as an emotional experience of places, where life can be intensely experienced. Through these experiences it is my hope that audiences realize the responsibility we all have as caretakers of these lands and this great planet. May you share that vision, to cherish and sustain these national treasures.
