Artist's Statement:
I am attempting to gather information on any bold new tools for artistic expressions and for changing the history of art documentation - such as web streaming and with the help of many other volunteer helpers I hope to find a way to develop an ARTS NEWS NETWORK(tentatively named) for the internet and have this network as a companion site to this registry here. Anyone who either shares my vision or just wants to help with the research needed to get the network up and running with the help of various grants and/or volunteers and/or alternative funding sources please post messages to me on the Registry's message boards where I have numerous postings. I have found a crude version of a web streaming projects on yahoo but then again it is crude and still needs development. I will post the actual link at a later date when i get the bugs worked out of the process. I hope with help I can inspire a new media to emerge that will allow personal broadcast studios for the artists of this registry to broadcast any news they have LIVE from their studios or anywhere art is created. I have collected a multitude of data on other arts related sites and have them posted on the message boards also.Staying involved with the Registry on this message board keeps me occupied long enough to keep my edge sharp. I hope others will join me in research and post your results of searches and together we will make history and help numerous artists that normally would not be in the spotlight a stage to launch their own careers. There are no more excuses for artists NOT to be able to overcome any obstacle with all the proper tools within their disposal . Thank you , Davizm |
