About Us

We are an online arts community. Our network of artists, galleries, museums and art organizations each help the other. Our Web site provides a comprehensive directory, allowing easy access to a wealth of information involving the Florida arts community. The size of our directory, the volume of artwork in portfolios and the activity on our message board all contribute to a strong impact on the Internet and in the arts community. Cross-linking is one of the strongest contributing factors to ranking well in search engines, and gaining additional access channels to our Web site Press releases about area art events are sent to me daily, from around the state. I distribute this information to a broader audience, on their behalf, through this newsletter.

Our History

Florida Artists Registry.com first took form in 1999. The Web site began with twelve founding member artists and a free listing of artists, galleries, organizations and museums from around the state. These twelve artists believed that we could help promote their artwork on the Internet, and Florida Artists Registry.com was born. Next we had to prove to you that this concept would work, and we have. Our membership has grown steadily. This past year has shown our greatest growth. With the addition of our arts message board and e-mail newsletter, interest in the Registry has grown phenomenally. We now enjoy a top ranking in all the major search engines. We have found that art Websites from around the state are linking to our Web site Our focus is on bringing you attention. With the added attention our Web site brings to you, you should have increased sales and additional exhibition opportunities.

Hi Jeff:

Just wanted you to know that because of you and your fabulous website, I've been picked up by a great gallery in Marco Island.  Amantea Gallery owner and photographer, Kathleen Douglas has opened her second gallery (first in Boston) at the Old Marco Inn Shoppes at 190 Royal Palm Drive, Marco Island.  I'm thrilled at being the featured artist at the Grand Opening and Reception scheduled for Wednesday, April 23rd.  Thanks again.

Yvonne Feavearyear

Jeffrey,

Thank you very much! Your website has been very successful for my art. Recently I was contacted by the new curator for the Naples Art Museum and will be included in an exhibition in June.

Sincerely,

Greg Colvin

Jeff,

I just want to take this opportunity to thank Artists Registry for giving artists exposure.  I have been selected by Art Exchange.com to participate in the New York Art EXPO-2009.  They originally viewed my artwork through ARTISTS REGISTRY.com.  One never knows who is looking at the artwork on the registry.  Thank you for your part in making this happen.
